Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toniz Collins is also referred to as Antonietta Gonzalez-Collins in both the United States and Mexico, is an American-Mexican sportscaster. She hosts SportsNation and is a SportsCenter anchor. She started working at ESPN in the year 2016. She is the child of TV journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta was bilingual from the time she turned nine. It is this skill that allowed her to get her first role as an Univision Production Assistant in Miami. There, she collaborated with producers for National shows like Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. When she was in St. Petersburg, she was later hired by the CBS station as the sports reporter. In 2009 she moved in Rio Grande Valley to work as a reporter for KNVO TV 48 Univision & Fox2 News. In reporting on news stories about drug trafficking and immigration across the border of Mexico and Texas. Border, she served as reporter for news for the Spanish channel KNVO TV 48 at 5 pm, a news reporter in English at 9 pm and after which she became a news anchor until 10 pm, and then returned on channel Spanish channel. She would also fill in at times as a news and sports anchor. Then she anchor and wrote for Univision's Dallas affiliate Deportes 23 where she was assigned more responsibility. She created pieces for Major League Baseball ALDS ALCS as well as the World Series as well Dallas Cowboys NBA postseason finals FC Dallas, and Dallas Stars. She also hosted her own local Univision 23 sports show Accion Deportiva Extra. She was hired as anchor of the sports program by Despierta America Deportes for their morning program. She also played the role for Primer Impacto on UniMas Network, and Contacto Deportivo for its magazine show. Antonietta's parents hail from Veracruz Mexico. In Mexico City she was conceived on the 22nd of November, 1985. She has a sister. She is the older sister. In the course of a few months, her father divorced from her mother. She was subsequently remarried by 1995 naval architect called Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo passed away of kidney carcinoma in the year 2006. While on a trip with the family in Ohio, the young Collins took a place alongside her elder sister. Antonietta who was in high school having a clear idea of where she would like her life to look like, traveled to Mount Union University to see whether the university was suitable for her. The result was that she liked the campus, and the university offered the major she wanted. After completing her studies, she was accepted into the University as a major of media studies. Mark Bergmann was her professor as well as the director of WRMU and WRMU, which she's a member. They had a very close friendship. He inspired her to have confidence and also his love in journalism was a huge influence on her. She, in turn, strived to fulfill his standards and never failed him.
